Growing up in the Bronx, New York has allowed Jason to draw upon many of his unique experiences to help develop characters and story ideas. Having been raised in a diverse cultural neighborhood has afforded Jason the opportunity to write with broader reflection and understanding. Later moving to Texas, Jason attended the University of Texas at Arlington and developed a passion for writing. He was employed by SportsCaster magazine where he had a featured column, titled... "Don't Get Me Started."
His love of writing however led him to venture into films, another passion, and soon Jason had written his first screenplay "Crossing the Line." The project was sold to an independent film production company in Dallas. Triumvirate Films purchased the screenplay and launched Jason's career.
While production of the film stalled, Jason's love of the art form grew and he eventually moved to Hollywood to further his passion for filmmaking. Since the move, Jason has written four feature films. The first to be produced is Pendulum. This has brought Jason back to Texas as not only the writer, but also the producer.
Last summer, Jason finished his second feature, "Mad, Bad and Dangerous to Know." The film was shot on location in Dallas and is scheduled to make its debut in the film festival circuit. Jason has also finished a reality/contest program, "American Bad Ass." Most recently he produced the independent feature "Foreign Soil."
Jason is in now in development on the feature "RAIN" based on the best selling novel by VC ANDREWS. Merv Griffin productions will co-produce. Jason is represented by International Creative Management. It is Jason's goal to write/produce high concept films that have the artistic appeal of the smaller art house movies while possessing great commercial appeal.

The next adventure is "BADASS". Travis is confident that this show will be a huge sucess and is putting all of his effort into making it so.
